I was able to choose and reserve my unit online in minutes. I then worked closely w Tamara at the facility to complete the paperwork and get access. She walked me through the facility to let me choose which unit would work best for me, got my access codes, new lock, etc. all very quickly, courteously and efficiently. I'm very happy.

Using the reservation system over the internet was easy and convenient especially no fee attached. When arriving to complete the paperwork I was greeted very professionally. The only thing I didn't like was they don't give discounts to military disabled veterans, only to active military and senior citizens age 68 or older. I would think they would appreciate people who have served our great USA. I did find out, this company is own out of California, so that is probably why they don't see it the way I do.

One person I spoke with was nice but the lady over the weekend was incredibly rude, I was told it was a month to month but when I got there I had to pay 3 months in advance and the spot they gave me was already taken.
