CubeSmart Self Storage - Spring - 1220 W Riley Fuzzel Road

I was met by the manager who was professional and courteous. She went over with me the policies of the storage facility and she answered my questions about safety.

This facility is very nice and very well managed. I would recommend it highly.

This temporary storage price keeps increasing every day! It was $24/mo when I reserved it, reason we chose this location instead of the one 1.5miles from us, but when I went in to do paperwork the price is now $28.50 a $12fee for insurance (which we have but too bad so sad for the first month) then the administrative fee of $29. What a racket. Outside of this huge surprise, the staff are extremely friendly and most helpful. The unit was clean outside of a few cobwebs.

The only thing I didn’t love was the door was bent and messed up, hard to close but my son was able to fix it. They aren’t as “cheap” as other places but it’s a good, safe location, and they have fantastic people working there! Really love these guys.

While this location is a bit off the beaten path, which can make it difficult to find at night, I was pleased with my overall move-in experience. The agent was very helpful and found me a unit as close to an entry door as possible. Fortunately she also stuck around to help when my gate code didn't work. The units and grounds are very well kept. I recommend this facility.

While this facility is a little off the beaten path, the management makes it worth it. Wendy was great - willing to work with my needs and price range. The facility is well-maintained and secure. Would definitely recommend!

We had moved into town and our other storage reservation had fallen through and we needed a unit ASAP because our Uhaul was due for turn in the following day. The staff was able to get us a unit and take care of us literally two minutes before closing! So thankful and the units are well kept and the whole facility is clean and secure!

I was moved into 10×15 which had signs of water damage at the top. I hope my things are safe when it rains.

Little hard to get to storage facility but Charline the gal working was very customer friendly and informative. Would come back because of attentiveness.

Good units, clean. You do have to provide proof of insurance for off property otherwise you get an additional fee.

Good. They called me back right away and scheduled our appointment. Didn't like that they charge an insurance fee unless you have proof of property insurance off-site.

The storage is accessible to my home and Wendy did a Great job helping me get what I needed.

Great place, though the location is fairly inconvenient. Hard to get to. That said, the customer service was spectacular, and I got my unit quickly for a decent price. Overall, highly satisfied.

I love the convenience this place has to I45 (which is currently under construction, it is a little bit challenging to access, but this is temporary) as well as it feeling like it is in the country. Seems very secure, pretty well lit, and clean. They are even in the process of repainting the exterior. Looks great! We chose this place because the price was less than all the others in the area. We are very happy with our choice.

Charlene, the nice lady at the facility was upbeat and professional, both on the phone and in person. I got a call from the facility today, asking me if an item they had found belonged to me, although I don't recall the item being mine, I was very impressed that they called me to ask. That I was I call great customer service.

The facility is a little complicated to get to, but the place looks and feels very nice. There is a security coded gate, and the owner/employee? lives directly in front of the buildings, it is sort of located at a residence. The place is extremely clean and well maintained, and the lady was very thorough in customer service. I wasn't too happy with having to pay $10 for insurance, but I got such a great deal from findstoragefast.com that I am actually saving money (I got 25% off each month, and the first and last month free with 6 month rental lease) and i have insurance on my stuff! So I do recommend cubesmart to anyone searching for a very nice storage facility in the area.
