It's a storage facility. There is no staff on property.

The unit was in a great spot although I thought it would have been a little bigger.Ended up having to throw some furniture away because it was way too narrow.Clean unit overall

The process is simple, I reserved a storage unit and within 10 minutes I was already filling out paperwork.

Within 15 minutes of arriving, I was already loading my storage unit with my belongings. The place is efficient, clean, and gives a good impression of safety and security.

My first visit was with a lady from another facility. She was efficient but told me that when my delivery came on a pre-arranged day that the person in charge would be able to sign for the delivery. When the delivery came the person in charge that day said that no paperwork was filled out in order for him to sign for the delivery. The first lady dropped the ball so it seems. The gentleman was very helpful and we managed with his help to get a form faxed to a Randalls that was near me at the time. I received the fax, signed it, and sent it back. All was good. The gentleman on duty at the time of delivery went above and beyond dealing with the delivery people (who had some issues). I was very happy with his performance. Thank you
