Public Storage - Spring - 2101 Old Holzwarth Rd

While I like the location, ( I have 2 units ) and the counter help is polite, and the price is fair enough... I should mention that the gates are often stuck open, at least 2 of the entry doors have been broken consistently for years, and a third was broken yesterday... the Dolly carts have dwindled from 6 to 2. I often have to hunt for one 15 minutes and a whole lotta walking back an forth to find one... or wait for someone to finish. It seems absurd that the carts seem to be in no danger of being replaced ( or so the counter girl told me ) and the climate control is still sweltering hot. I have bins at 2 locations, this one is always 10 degrees hotter.

I love Public Storage, because the service I receive from Onsite Management is so personable. I am completely comfortable storing my things there and have peace of mind that every thing is safe and sound.

Makayla went above and beyond contacting web services when her computer crashed in the middle of getting me in my unit. It was nearly closing time for her but she got it done so I didnt miss anymore of my work and I could move in on time. This unit is half what I was paying at extra space and the doors are nice and wide makes it seem like its bigger. Seems secure well lit, locked, gated so far.

Dy was very courteous and professional in trying to find a suitable storage space for me. She provided all information on cost, insurance and info on where the doors and carts were located if I needed them. I applaud employees who go beyond.

It's easy to find and reserve a unit online. When you go into the location, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very professional. Very friendly. Can't remember the ladies name but she was awesome!

Very friendly employees. The only complaint that I have is that she waited until the very end to let us know that we would have to carry insurance at a minimum of $11 a month. Fortunately, it is covered under our homeowners insurance.

The agent that handled my lease name was Shay, she was very efficient and professional because of her expertise it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this particular store to anyone needing a storage unit.

Very nice employees and very clean facility

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Facilities are new and clean, setup was easy, rental rate was reasonable for the area, and move in specials were helpful, and Michael (manager who helped me get set up) was very professional and helpful.
