No one was at the facility but since I did everything online ... it was an easy move in.

Manager Christine was great. Nice and helpful. I just wish the access was 24 hours. Other than the hours, all is good.

It was a very pleasant experience and the lady at the counter was very knowledgeable, and it did not take long to rent the unit I needed. The lady at the counter was very helpful. It only took like 25 minutes to get the space rented and keys in my hand. I was also impresses with security codes and gates for entry and exit of their facility.

Great Service from the manager. Quick and easy to find details online. I Only have a couple of concerns: 1.) I should have been informed in advance I would be charged $19.00 for a pad lock 2.) The inside walls should be sealed. Upon moving in there are bugs running around, and just run away under the wall. That does not leave a good secure feeling.

My husband and I have been renting at this location for years and have met many different managers . The current manager , Tesha, is by far the best out of them all . She maintains the property very well , always greets me when I see her and is sure to assist with all my storage needs . She is a very sweet young lady and If she ever leave I will consider leaving property as well .

Tesha got me in and out during my lunch break today . she was extremely nice with a beautiful smile.I'd highly suggest this location she is the best

She let me know all the important information regarding the product including its features and benefits. I am a busy Paralegal and I urgently required information regarding this space, so I could start moving in. Toya was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information regarding the space. Please accept my gratitude towards her and for her patience and efficient service. I was able to complete the transaction within 30 minutes thanks to their attentive and alert presence. Great customer service when initially moved in. No complaints since. Only problem is that I HAD to purchase insurance, not anything valuable in storage. Otherwise...
