Very clean facility. Great and helpful customer service.

Tracy (property manager) was awesome! She is very concerned about her property, and is out on the property with her broom ensuring that the property is looking good - both in the halls and even in the parking areas.

I just got my storage unit last week but I noticed right away it is very clean. The app is great because I open the gate without having to get out of my truck to punch in the key code. The only knock I have against the facility is that they only have two dollies and they leave one at each entrance so you either have to carry your stuff to you locker by hand or wait for someone to finish with their dolly.

The staff was thorough with explaining the policies and provided great customer service

The storage was really nice and the lady was very helpful even though I arrived 15 min before closing she was still willing to help.

Move in was good. Please tell people before they rent that you need a special lock.

Psychologically this took a huge burden off of me. To have the stuff out of my house and into a unit just makes me relieved. I was happy to see one so small because I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have that much stuff. However I did need a place to put it! Thank you.

From the first call to get a quote to getting a storage unit loaded we could not have had a more perfect experience. Each of the women that helped me find the right storage building size and then check in were so helpful and kind. We had just suffered a family tragedy and I was so anxious and they were understanding and made it an easy experience. The storage space was secure and easy to load and the price fabulous!!

I am pretty satisfied overall, the only problem being a lack of carts at any given time. Yesterday I was the only tenant on the premises and no carts were available.

There are a lot of storage facilities, but I did my research on the facilities with the most positive reviews and graphic location. I have been very cautious since Harvey and this is the perfect location. I can't rave enough about Joe who helped me throughout the entire process and even helped me with my lock issue. I am seven months pregnant and she was so patient. I love this facility and so thankful this location.

Great place, staff, and location but the rent rises approximately $40 every quarter. Move into a smaller unit at the same location

Tesha, our property manager, was helpful and knowledgeable! The complex is secure, clean and the pricing for the unit was competitive and comparatively inexpensive!

Very clean, well lighted, great security system. It would be helpful if the gate security code opener were curved and placed so that the code could be entered from the driver's window and then the opened gate could be driven through more easily, without running into the other half of the gate. Right now, one almost has to get out of the car to enter their security code, and then drive through the gate. But that's my only suggestion, otherwise this is the best climate controlled storage facility I've ever been to!
