Moving quickly is so overwhelming. The manager showed me everything I needed to know ot get in and out of my unit. Since then it has been easy. I also did it online and over the phone with an extremely helpful man who went out of his way helping me. Thank you.

The staff was very patient and kind when I checked in. I have a very short time window to empty my rental truck and return it without penalty. I was melting down and the staff at Life Storage was great. They showed me my unit, found me a cart and I was able to empty my goods into my new storage locker and return my rental truck with 4 minutes to spare. Good Experience with Life Storage.
