Public Storage - Missouri City - 6725 Highway 6

Everything was fine with the exception of the unit’s retractable door won’t remain up! This issue should have been resolved “prior” to actually renting the unit to me. Or if another comparable unit was available, then it should have been rented to me. I transport large appliances. So, I can’t deal with a partially-opened door while dealing with with an oversized appliance on a dolly.

The young lady who helped me was amazing. Even offered to stay late if I was still moving in. Awesome customer service. She deserves a raise

I had a very good experience dealing with Sparefoot Storage. The agent I dealt with, Eric at the missouri city location was very good and thorough. His patience, knowledge and customer service was 5 star plus! I would definitely refer people to this company.

Oh my gosh, Robert, the manager or assistant manager, went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us in a very challenging moving situation. We had to move over from another Public Storage location because they didn't have what we needed and then we needed extra keys and Robert was JUST GREAT!

Facility is not as up to date but the price is higher than other locations. Had a problem that prompted me to reach out to corporate. I should not have had to do this. The problem should have been promptly addressed without me needing to take corrective actions. There is no direct manager at this location. You can imagine my frustration trying to speak with someone in charge.
