I like the facility but I did not like the fact that I was not aware before hand that I had to pay $20 for a lock and that I have to pay $15/mo for storage insurance. I do not like financial surprises.

Upon moving into Public-storage. I had already experience problems the night before of the storage closing at 9:00pm. While moving in the excess code would not let me excess the elevator with items to take upstairs. Therefore, the door to my storage was open with the door unlocked all night. I tried to call someone with Public Storage and was unable to get a call back so I left a message. I had to leave my items in the lobby by the elevator and my storage upstairs was unsecured door Open all night. The next morning I received a call from the storage about my property being unsecured and I needed to secure the property with a lock. As I arrived at the property to finish moving my things in. One of the workers approached me in the hallway asking about the property by the elevator, I told him it was my property. He then asked was the trash that was left mine? I told him yes, I will get it. I did not see a trash around. He said we don't keep a trash bend around. Which I thought was unusual. As I secured my property, leaving the property, punching in my code. This same worker walking up to my car to ask me did I get the trash again. I felt harassed and not considered at all. I refuse to be treated as a child. I drove off. I will never use this storage again.

Amazing place! Manager Ron was extremely polite, welcoming, answered all of my questions, and had me with a storage unit within 10 minutes! Gave me the most bang for my buck being a recent college graduate moving back home.. I HIGHLY recommend this location and his services to any and everyone.

I was very impressed with the remarkable service provided by the staff upon visiting, viewing, touring the property from start to finish. They were thorough and diligent in explaining the terms of the contract. They offered additional items to purchase as well as information on the facility that was necessary in making my decision, such as: gates, cameras, elevators, conveniently located and accessed. Even my father was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Very professional staff who took care of all our needs, made me feel very comfortable about my decision to secure a lease for storage.

It was a straight forward deal.

The Property Manager was polite and professional and efficient. The Property and our Unit is clean and just the right size. I am very happy. However, upon check-in I was expecting the $1 first month deal and was told because my husband had had a unit at another property, I was not eligible. I just wish I had been aware of this before move-in. I still do not understand why I was not eligible, it is not a deal we have gotten before. AND, why would a company not want to extend great deals to loyal customers? I would love an explanation or better yet the deal!!!!

Daren at Public Storage was very helpful, friendly, and listened. The storage units are clean, well maintained, and easily reserved. I would recommend this location to anyone. The units are climate controlled and they have carts to help you take your items from your vehicle to your unit. They also have public bathrooms that are clean to use. I am very pleased with this experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the professional customer service. I was in and out everything was explained to me I got my storage and I was on my way.

Overall pleased with this Public Storage location. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, the facility is new, so good choice of storage units and easy to access. Facility also accommodates an eighteen wheeler moving stuck - very nice!
