Your associate, Sarah, was fantastic. She clearly outlined the process and answered all of our questions.

The first years I rent my Unit, Stephanie and Bernard were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They respond to calls and answers my questions in a timely manner. Now, I call the Unit and it seems like no one answers the phone. I called the main office and forwarded me to this storage number. Someone answers the phone. However, hangs up the phone as soon as I started asking a question (Not stephanie, not Bernard). I called back directly to the storage location, no one picks up the phone.

Can't beat the customer service. It's a nice spot with good rates

Clean location good access good location in and out with no problems close to home like the way my storage unit is facing the street and office nice lighting and ease of exit

Very nice staff and easy going. They're willing to work with you. Offered me a truck to move my stuff in and didn't charge me any extra money.

We opted for a climate controlled unit. Once inside, it was very clean, easily accessible, and we were able to fit everything nicely (3 bedroom apt).

I felt so comfortable with getting my small unit, I had doubts only because you never know, but the experience was well worth trusting. The person who helped me didn't mind answering any questions and explained everything I needed to know since it was my first time renting a storage. I will definitely refer a friend here if I know they need storage.
