Phone calls need to be answered. No room to leave voice mail. When manager is out side on property ( which I was told ), phone doesn't get answered. But again there was room to leave voicemail.

We had a great experience moving in our 5th wheel to your facility. Your manager was great and even stayed late to help us to get in. We like that the location is not in the middle of a busy area.

I moved into this facility from another in the area. I like the cheaper price and that each unit has its own lights. The unit and facility was clean and orderly. The only thing I did not like was the door to the entire building did not have a lock on the door.

I have never experienced The customer service, the pricing and specials, and all the services that is offered. I actually moved ALL OF MY BELONGINGS FROM A DIFFERENT STORAGE UNIT!!!!! I more than highly recommend to anyone.

Make sure you get your driver's license back. The gentleman forgot to give it back and later called to let me know he forgot to give it to me. He also took a while to enter my information into the system. However the gentleman was very polite and courteous.
