Reserved 5x10 but received 5x7. No lock was included as said would be.

Did everything via phone. Reserved 5x10 but when got to the property, they gave me a 5x7. Had to call again because there is no one on site. Get contract resigned once got correct size. I was told they provided a lock but there was not one to be found so had to go buy one. Also was advertised $1 for first month but was told I would have to go through website. I was already doing that but you have to talk to someone in the end. So between the false advertisement, the time I had to spend getting their mistake on size corrected AND having to back track for a lock they were to provide, I feel they should give me 2 months for $1.

The call center is horribale . My daughter went at 1 pm to the unit and when she tried to leave the gate wouldnt open. The number on the fence didnt work and when i called in a guy told me he would get back to me and he never did. SO i emailed the guy on my reciept and he called me but had no idea what to do and i gave him my daughters cell number for him to call her when he got ahold of someone. My daughter sat in the lot for 40 mins without a call so had to climb the fence to go push the button , yes the fence with barbwire . and still no one has called so i guess those two guys were ok with her just spending the night in the facility , i will get our stuff out in a month cause i will not give this place more money or will i suggest it .

There is no one on prem, but the phone rental process was smooth and the rep very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Good place to choose.
