I downloaded the app and can't water to see the gate and door open at a touch of a button. Punching in the code every time was a hassle.

I parked my RV in space 101. Had a hard time getting in the space due to not having enough space to back in in. I have a 34ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ fifth wheel. Glad I was assigned space 101 due to it having extra space on the left side.

The best part of this experience getting a storage was due to Tess, the lady that help me. When I got there she had already opened the unit for me to look at and had everything for me to sign She thoroughly went through all of the insurance and necessary requirements it was a great experience!!

When I reserved my space online it was described incorrectly. It was not covered at all. I spent 2 1/2 hours at the office trying to find a way to resolve the issue. The only thing that was available that met the description was $200 more than what I had reserved, and the management was not willing to work with me on pricing. I was told by the lady at the front desk that they would be willing to give me a $50 discount, but then as we completed the electronic paperwork I asked about the discount. She then told me since I already agreed to the price that they would not give me the discount. I hadn't agreed to anything, and I was very upset as I had spent a large part of my day to get absolutely nowhere. I had my boat with me and nowhere to take it. So I just left it there for the time being, but I will not be keeping it there any longer than I have to. I'm working to find another storage location that will honor what they say. I was lied to both online in my reservation and in person with the discount. This is pitiful. I spoke with another tenant there, and was told that this is how Public Storage had been operating the facility ever since they bought it. I've used several storage locations through the years, but this has been the absolute worst experience I've had.
