Very convenient and they handled me very well even when I got the wrong size and needed to switch bro a bigger unit they gave me no problems at all. Cleo is amazing

I would give a zero if I could. Do not rent from here. First of all, you can't see the unit until you rent. There were informed of our equipment and assured us ours would fit. The next morning we went to the storage unit with the code they gave us, and there was no way our equipment would fit. We called immediately and asked for a couple of other unlocked units and we're told that was not possible. We told them to cancel immediately. Less than a day. They drafted the amount for the rest of the month and when my husband called today, they told him they were going to draft a full month for August even though we could not get our equipment in the storage unit I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are scam artist and their phones are answered overseas. No one on site. Also, they said secured with a gate code. It was open when we arrived to look at it and there was no one on site. The gates were just open. So the property is not secure as advertised.

The process was simple and easy peasy. Customer service was professional which is refreshing since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not so common.
