When I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face. She was very helpful gave me a lot of good information. She took me and showed me the unit I reserved got me all signed up. I was in and out in no time.

I came in and had the best service. The woman at the counter took her time and was very helpful. She helped me pick out a correct size unit. The grounds were very clean and the price was low.

I booked a 5x10 unit online and came in a few days later. The owner showed me the unit and I decided to go up to the next size. I met both owners and they were very accommodating and friendly. The place is quiet and clean and there are lots of ways to get monthly percentages off/discounts.

Helped by Laura, Emily and Karen, to get a large climate control unit in a convenient location. Very clean. Two large flat bed dollies are available in each building...this is so helpful. Don't have to search for them. Temperature comfortable what ever time I've been in unit. This is important not only for human comfort but to prevent deterioration of my inventory. Floors must be swept daily, because they seem to be, always clean. Most of all, I appreciated the courtesy and help from the customer service people who are personable , when ever I come into the office. Only problem I've noted is, when the weather is very cold, sometimes the entry code pad's numbers stick and have to be reentered. But other than this, a very good experience.
