This Public Storage location near FM1488 has exceeded my expectations. The facility is impeccably clean and security is top-notch. Their app is a standout feature, making gate access and payment tracking effortless. Staff are very helpful and professional. I found a great rate through Sparefoot, which was a nice bonus. The only downside is the mandatory insurance requirement, which feels unnecessary and seems like a revenue tactic but most storage places do this also. Despite this, the overall experience has been excellent. The cleanliness, security, and quality of service make Public Storage a solid choice for anyone needing reliable storage solutions.

As expected. The automatic lights are a little bit delayed, so I felt slightly like I was in a horror movie for a few seconds. There was no extra charge for this service.

This was a super easy reservation online, once we arrived the staff was very helpful. We appreciated that they were open on Sunday too and that moving in was a breeze.

The customer service rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions that I had.

Staff was great.. The facility was clean and well lit. The elevator keypads are ridiculously low. Even someone in a wheelchair would have to bend down. Otherwise, so far,so good.

Public Storage is clean, climate controlled, safe and close by. The staff were knowledgable and friendly. Made the experience very pleasant.

The people are very friendly, the property is spotless and feels very secure!

Easy and affordable, I especially like having use of the push carts. The employees were courteous and helpful. The only thing is it's a bit scary in there! I like that the lights turn off, but maybe some posters or paint colors to help distinguish one aisle from another, or letters/numbers large on the rows. It felt like I was in s government bunker, and there things hidden because it was so uniform and all the same color.

The staff was amazing. My only concern is that I returned the following day to drop off some boxes and found a box lid in the Hall covered in baby roaches. Across from me was another unit that had grass bits coming out of their unit. Looked like they hade emptied a shed and stored there belongings there. I know we can't control who rents and what they store but I'm extremely concerned as I have my personal belongings there until we decide where to buy our next home. I don't want bugs in my boxes. On a good note I called immediately and a young girl cane up with a can of raid. There were bugs on my unit door when we pulled it down as well as baby roaches in my unit.

It couldn't be better. I stopped and Angela the manager showed me a couple of unit sizes. I picked one and with her help, I went and reserved the size I want. I checked in with her, she explained the $1 discount for the the 1st month; nonetheless, monthly cost for 10 x 10 is $65 plus $11 insurance altogether would $76. Before this, another storage gave me an $88 quote plus insurance. I was advised to buy a storage mildew prevention and I did; something that should last 3-4 months. So, I plan to have my unit check at least every 3 months for mildew among other things. Got my help together in a couple of days and moved in four vehicles. Two vehicles went ahead and two came followed suit. We all got in using the code provided with no hassle. The room temperature was manageable. Altogether, it was a wonderful moving experience. Very helpful in finding new location after my original storage facility flooded in Hurricane Harvey. New facility was very clean and very safe from future flooding.

The entire experience has been very pleasing, not hassles, no muss, no fuss. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the facilities are pristine. They do have some door / elevator issues to work out, but I am sure that their contractors are working on it. With a tip of the hat to Gene and Roger, two thumbs up!!

The manager and staff were a pleasure to work with. The facility is clean and has excellent security measures in place.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The price for a 10' x 10' climate controlled unit was only $66/month and the first month was $1.00. They offered insurance but I choose to use my homeowner's insurance coverage and they didn't pressure me to use their insurance. Cube Smart was $105/month and Live Storage was $195/month plus $10/month for mandatory insurance!

Went in this location this weekend to move into my storage space. Excellent customer service by everyone who was there on Saturday. Very friendly service.

I went in today to view the units and decide on if I wanted to rent a unit with Public Storage and if so, what type of unit I wanted. Ashiyia G took me to view a few units. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Because of the great customer service and the clean, new and climate controlled facility, I went ahead and locked in a unit. I received a phone call only moments after I received my confirmation number, which was awesome. Overall great experience and I'm looking forward to storing my items here!

Had to buy the lock for the unit, which was not disclosed on-line or in either of the phone calls I received from the facility. The young man who did my paperwork was very charming and helpful; however, he failed to thoroughly explain how to successfully lock and unlock the unit. On a good note, the facility was clean; and the security is stellar.
