Love the online move in , I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t always have time to run over to certain places because my work usually doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t coincide but this was great.

Location is great, also customer service was top notch. Unit was fairly priced.

Manager was very helpful, detailed and polite!

Overall I am happy with the unit. my only complaint Would be the front gate entrance is a little cumbersome to access due to the location.

I went to my storage unit in the morning and I forgot to slide the bar over before I locked it. Now having all my belongings from my home in Minnesota in there anyone could have taken it. But because of angelicas dedication to the facility she found it to be unlocked and called me so I could get there to locked it up properly. Thank you Angelica

The deals here are a lot better in comparison to others as well. Customer service is impeccable. I went back again for an additional unit to use for business. Tracy helped us a great deal in choosing the right size that we need. Very happy we chose this company and location.

I have only been a tenant for a few months and this has been my best experience where the company actually sees the value in the customer. It's a breathe of fresh air because I've witnessed Jackie taking value in building rapport with other customers as well as myself. She is very professional and business oriented. Great Job!

I spoke with Jackie and she was informative and very very helpful with helping me and my family when in need.

I have 2 storage units. One in Texas and the other in California. Was only able to get discount for one of them. Frankly disappointed about that. Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else for one of the storage units. I purchased an item in Texas and returned it in California and it was a huge ordeal to get my money back. Your company claims that you are nationwide but your policy is less than supportive in that way. Both locations gave me grief but the invoice never stipulated that the item had to be returned at the location it was purchased at. The sales associate in California went above and beyond to help me. She said that my argument was valid. All of your locations need to be on the same page. Even her training manager would not help me.

Jackie was extremely courteous and helpful in showing me potential units for rent. She made my experience a pleasure to do business with her and PS.

The property Manager Jackie, she was very helpful and resourceful at all times. We have been a long term renters and we are very happy about our experience. The clerk at the desk was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked and I'm glad I chose that location.

I have had the unit for about a month Jackie was very helpful and went out of her way to speed the process up as much as possible because I was in a hurry that day. She actually takes the time to get to know people and retains the information gained through conversion. A few weeks after renting the unit I went into the office requesting my gate code she pulled me up and didn't even ask my name or unit number she actually remembered me. She is not your typical going through the motions doing the bare minimum for a paycheck type of gal she personalizes and builds relationships love her

I was treated with honesty and respect from Mark at the Kuykendahl and Dowdell location.The only complaint was that there was not enough lighting at night,i came to it at 6:00 one morning and luckily I had a flashlight in the car because there is no lighting on the door with the code box to let you in on building 3,don't know about the other buildings.Other than the lighting everything else was good.
