Needs better customer service the lady in the offfice

Great so far I haven't been it ybe unit but three day so I'm not sure about everything yet

Quick service, friendly faces, nice atmosphere. Very helpful, great customer service, ride to unit.. looked at 2 and chose 2nd one. No rush, no worries. Explained everything in detail within a short period of time

I needed to move into a storage unit with very short notice. The location is great. Pricing is very reasonable. Within 10 minutes, I got a phone call, and an email, letting me know that my unit was ready. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that would have been extremely helpful would be lights. We ended up finishing unloading in complete darkness.

They are very busy on sunny Saturdays, but they were very friendly and helped me as quickly as they could. They helped me figure out the best storage for my needs. The property is very clean and obviously well cared for.

My husband and I were blown away at the wonderful level of customer service we received. Both ladies working were super sweet, personable, and friendly. Not only was the staff amazing, but the property was clean and our unit was clean. The price is extremely reasonable, too. If you are looking for a unit, I strongly encourage you to use this facility!

Make sure to bring a broom if you don't want dirt on your things. Other than that, good facility, really nice people.

The lady that waited on me was rude and not very friendly at all. She needs to learn how to treat customers.

Manager was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I had my unit in a matter of minutes. Facility extremely clean and secure. The only complaint I have is paying more for unit than expected as I was not aware of their mandatory insurance policy.

This was my first time having to move my belongings into a storage & I was actually quite emotional about it. Working with the staff at Cubesmart eased my mind. The young lady was very friendly, mannerable & made me feel secure & positive about my decision to choose them. I also ended up getting a discount which is a plus! I've already told a friend about it who's looking for a storage place.

Would definitely recommend this storage facilities to a friend or family member. Staff worked with me even after a few cancelations before the one we finally made it there for. I didn't think I was going to like that I couldn't get in the gates after 10 pm but actually doesn't that much at all. Definitely will use cube smart again in the future

I would definitely recommend this Cube Smart. The entire facility was clean, inside and out, and the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the facility and our unit. After moving from a Public Storage facility in Dallas, where there were two very rude staff members I had to deal with, this was an easy move-in, with great, caring staff at this Cube Smart.

The staff (John) was extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to answer all questions and do so in a professional manner. My first time renting a storage unit and I was happy overall with everything.

I had a great experience. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for another customer to finish up. The assistant was very helpful with helping me understand all of the information about the unit. Was very nice to answer any questions that I had.

I really like that they have small 4x4 lockers that are really cheap. They are not big, but enough for me.
