Very easy process, details were provided.

The move in process was easy and fast, I did everything online and had zero problems once it was time to move in! The employees were super nice and my unit was in tip top shape!

Thankful for the patience, help and understanding given to help meet my needs. I like how that company made sure i Was able to understand the protocol and encourge me to know its easy enough for me too.

We checked in with Ashley in the office, did paperwork, set our gate code and started unloading our truck. The office was closing but Ashley stayed if we had any issues to knock on the office door and the evening manager could assist. When we started to leave, our code would not open the gate. We knocked on the door and saw someone inside look through the window at us numerous times but no one ever came to the door. We finally had to contact the toll free number to get a customer service rep to give us a working code. Why is the night manager onsite if not to assist customers? It was frustrating to wait for 20 minutes in the rain in order to get out of the gate.

On our exhausting moving day I realized we weren't going to make it to the storage unit before it closed. Amber was willing to wait until we arrived. We were 45 min late. We had no where else to unload our huge moving truck. She was great!

We will be requesting an $85 discount on the storage unit due to the fact the rental truck got stuck on the departure route. The problem was in the lay of the concrete and should have been disclosed prior to our entry. When the truck got STUCK, there was absolutely NO EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER to call to alert Cube Smart of this problem.
