The man and the lady was very nice to me. The paperwork was simple and I received my $10 back as soon as I moved out.

Overall the experience was great, however I wasn't aware there are two steps to go up to, to get into my storage room, also they were painting the day I moved in so that was an extra hassle. I would still recommend this facility though, It was very clean.
