Overall, the facility has been fine. Customer service at the 1-800 number was good but locally, I haven't had the best of luck. They just haven't been responsive when I've needed them to be!

Robin who runs the Ben Wilson facility was beyond great and very helpful. I had a reservation and was lost at the Ben Jordan location where i came across Ms Robin doing a daily round. She pointed me to the right location and met me there within minutes. The process was very fast and simple. Thank you Robin for making a long dreadful day of moving a little smoother.
