All of our units are drive up accessible and available daily during office hours. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned). We will contact you after your reservation is made online to set up a time to complete out your reservation. You may also come into the main office during normal business hours. These are standard outdoors units. they were easy to locate, the women who checked me in were very friendly and the unit itself was clean and easy to access.

My daughters unit was broke into the cut the lock. Management was 0 help. Said itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not his problem. Said no cameras on this unit. Police report filed Stay away from this place not safe and company will not help!!!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a college student and I wanted to leave some stuff over the summer. I heard about this place online, reserved a 5x10 unit, filled out the paper work the next day, and moved in two days after that. It was simple and straightforward, and the unit was clean. The staff was friendly and offered complimentary beverages.

The price was not what the representative from Sparefoot indicated it would be. The "leasing office" was in an unmarked apartment complex at a separate location than the storage unit. We were very disappointed but had a Uhaul truck full of stuff and had just driven into town.

Not reserved in time so had to share larger one. Also it was locked when I got there and delayed my trip a day, making me miss time with family. I want to be able to get into what I pay for.

The facility is unclean there are unused units which homeless people seem to be living in, the security gate is broken and shows no signs of be repaired. When I brought this to the attention of the company there was no effort to fix the problem.

Since we are moving and haven't found a place yet we needed a storage unit that was not expensive. We found it here got a large 10 x 10 for a reasonable rate. It is clean and the mouse traps are everywhere so no worries about mice.

This discount is great. It is about 15 to 10 minutes away from Baylor. Not the nicest facility, but it is cheap and reasonable.
