You can reserve and get a storage unit from us over the phone from the comfort of your home. No need to come into an office to fill out paperwork You'll be up and going with a storage unit in less than 5 mins FAST EASY SAFE PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you after your reservation is made online to set up a time to complete out your reservation. You may also come into the main office during normal business hours. Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254 - Storage offers quality storage in a variety of sizes. Our fully fenced facility offers security and convenience. All of our units are drive up accessible and available daily during office hours. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned). We do offer parking spots at this facility. However, you may only park one vehicle per parking spot. If you are needing to park multiple vehicles, you will need to rent multiple spots.

Place is nice. Gate was opened when I got there so I did not close it. I drove by at 9pm that night and the gate was still open.

I mean, it gets the job done. We had an initial issue with the lock fitting onto the door, but they were very helpful in assigning me a new unit and sending in someone to fix the other door. My only complaint is the massive amounts of broken glass in the paths outside the units.

I was able to easily reserve a unit before moving out of state in 8/2018. It was very clean and easy to store my belongings in. The communication with the owner has been great and comforting and I know my items are safe and dry. I would definitely recommend using Simple Self Storage.

The units are close to my home. I like that with a key I can get in after hours. The gate around the facility does not seem like it would really keep anybody out and the way the locks are set they could easily be broken in to. The door on my unit actually looks like someone has used a crowbar on it. As for pricing,I've paid cheaper with other places but I was drawn to the dollar move in. Over all I wouldn't keep anything incredibly valuable there but it will do for extra space
