PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you after your reservation is made online to set up a time to complete out your reservation. You may also come into the main office during normal business hours. Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254-Storage - Honor location is located on Pantherway just off Hewitt Dr. next to Midway Middle School. Our facility is well secured with key entry and a fully fenced perimeter. Moving supplies are available for sale at our main office location. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned).

When we arrived to move into our unit, we were told none of the size we had reserved were available, but we could upgrade from a 6x15 to a 10x10 for 2.5 times the original cost quoted. We showed them our reservation, mentioned we had also called, and magically, a unit in our size was available. The receptionist then started to fill out the contract details and gave us a price $5 more than quoted. When my husband pointed it out, she begrudgingly and rudely corrected it, but given how our experience started and the fact that when we got to the unit, there were at least a dozen empty units available in the size that was previously "unavailable", I'm more inclined to think they were just trying to take advantage of people who were either not paying attention or too intimidated to say anything. The actual unit was filthy inside, covered in heaps of dirt and dead mud-robbers, and the security gate and lock to the main entrance were somewhat decrepit. In the end, we got enough storage space for what we needed at a reasonable price, but everything about this business felt dodgy. I would never consider storing anything that I couldn't live with having stolen here, but for our temporary needs, it will do. I suspect the lousy service will compel us to get moved into our new space and out of the storage unit ASAP.
