PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you after your reservation is made online to set up a time to complete out your reservation. You may also come into the main office during normal business hours. Our main office is located at: 308 N Industrial Waco, TX 76710 254-Storage - Victory location is located on 19th Street across from El Conquistador. Our facility can be seen from the 19th Street and Lake Shore Dr. intersection. We are well secured with key entry and a fully fenced perimeter. Moving supplies are available for sale at our main office location. A 10 key deposit is required at the time of move-in and is refundable at the time of move-out (with key returned).

The location is out of shape and needs much needed repairs. But you get what you pay for. The pricing is great compared to competitors.

I found it super easy to reserve exactly what I needed! Once I wanted to move in, the staff was very helpful getting me set up with everything I needed to store my belongings and keeping them safe!

The lady gave me a storage unit that was already in use. It had nasty dirty clothes all in it. I had to call for another unit. I asked for one closer to where I needed one she said it was going to cost me almost 40$ more for the same size unit. She told me she would not make money off of me because I used the online promo so she wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me out. I will never use this storage unit again. I will not refer anyone to them.

This place is great. A little out of the way which I personally like. The prices can not be beat. The unit is easy to get to with a car. Locks are provided. The staff is great. Would reccomend this place again and again.
