Good price. Only downside is Hewitt Dr. Is very busy and not easy to get out.

We went all over the area looking for a locker. Most were not as clean or had issues with the doors even had to buy their locks or pay 5 months in advance just to get a decent rate. We got the lock, the service, the clean well maintained area and we got the locker!

I ended up needing a larger unit than I had previously reserved. They were very helpful to give me a larger unit and work with me as the movers were waiting to unload the items.

The storage center is easy to access. It has a 24 hour drive up with a code, so you can get to your space at any time.

Robin was exceptional with the customer service and the support was timely. I would definitely recommend HGS to anyone!

I love the office manager here....she is totally awesome!!! I felt like Ive known her my whole life within minutes of meeting her for the first time...she is warm and friendly and I would recommend this location for anyones storage needs, you will not be disappointed!!

Recently rented a unit to store extra restaurant equipment. Both gentlemen present, as well as over the phone, were as professional as can be and detailed in the explanation of all the needed facts and procedures. I would recommend their services to anyone who asks!

These units are in a good location, the security is great and I recommend it . They have all sizes available for just cleaning out your garage or a complete move

This unit is better priced then other places around Waco. It was clean. Only down side was the difficulty in locating unit better signs would be helpful.

My experience was great. We we're in the office only about 15 minutes doing the paperwork. And, the manager (I wish I could remember his name because he was so great) explained everything cleary & showed us around the property until he was confident that we understood everything. It was quick, easy & professional. And, the property itself seems very secure.

It was my first time using HGS self storage. For me it was great. Like how they email your statement each month before the due date. And able to pay online.

I arrived to obtain my storage unit and was helped right away. The manager lady was very thorough with policies and procedures and made move in quick and easy.
