Customer service is great ! Location is great ! They have answers to all of your questions. Not one time out of the amount of times I called, the gentleman was not rude. The gentleman was fast & quick with information I needed to get in & out of my storage. Love the security system as well.

Made the renta entirely on my phone drove to the unit and got called by then to make sure everything was ok which is great! Unit had a little debris in it but nothing major. Even had a bag of goodies in it which made my hecktic day better!
