Having rented at this facility previously, I chose to rent here again. Its location, cleanliness, and being super quiet is what brought me back. Application process was much easier this go around also. Will choose again in the future if needed!

Fast easy rental, rental space was clean and well marked.

I am only going to be renting for a short time but they were very accommodating.

To reserve the storage unit I needed it was a very simple process which made the move in a lot easier than having to fill in additional forms or provide additional information. Super helpful to have it all done before we moved into the unit. They've even called to follow up to make sure everything was going good.

Automated kiosk does make it faster, but prefer speaking to person.

Very easy rental set up. All computerized. Facility grounds are very clean. Easy access to my unit and unit was very clean. Great location with easy in and out. Called customer service and they answered all my questions.

Very easy to get got it and moved in on same day on a Saturday.

This is nice that it is climate controlled, it is clean, but it needs some lights in the units, and the price keeps going up and is getting rather high.

Very nice facility, we really appreciate 24 hour access so we can come in the evening after itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not so hot! Wide driveways between the buildings make for easy unloading with plenty of doors to enter your building. So far so good

Nice storage facility. I have a large unit with outside access. The unit was very clean and nice. The facility seems secure and well monitored. The facility is always clean and clear moving items in and out.

RESERVING AND MOVING IN WAS SO EASY

SpareBox is truly safe and secure. It's quick and easy to access my unit. The price has increased more than I expected and I think it should be lower, but the facility is very good.

Love the really deep RV spots, free dump and water stations. Place is up-kept very well!

Drove by to see it and I like how clean and safe it looked. Sat in my truck and reserved a unit. Walked in to kiosk signed in and boom I was done. Even bought the lock there. Very easy and simple process. No contact made it even better.

The facility is close to my new home. The reservation process was easy and the customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable.

So I picked this Facility storage because was the closest to my destination and the extra security gates and cameras the room in side get around the facility was top 10 plus all this with some a phone and a e-mail was a snap Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy with this place

We liked the size and the location. Very convenient to our home. Like the easy access and privacy gates. Very clean!!! And NEW!!!

I really like it. Its gated security and well lit with cameras. Full access and very accessible.

Move in was very uneventful. All computerized.

Easy to access facility and use the kiosk.

It was easy to check in and deliver my belongings.

The no contact kiosk allowed for a very quick and easy check-in process on a very hectic day. The smooth process was greatly appreciated!

Plenty of room to unload a moving truck and be able to turn around without feeling like you will run into or over something.

After receiving my reservation.. I got to the facility and immediately realized i was booked for the wrong storage slot. So then i received the wrong storage and nobody present to fix the error immediately. After calling the customer service number and being on hold close to an hour. Both reps were great people but i feel that due to the wrong booking and inconvenience of shortage on space i should have been given a discount on the storage ..instead they booked me a more expensive storage slot. Although i like the overall production i do not like the fact that they did not choose to discount me being they gave me the wrong storage to begin with and did not have the size i needed so to accomodate me they book a way more expensive storage. Cant say ill be here long.

Customer service representative was awesome. However, representative was unable to reach on-site manager by phone. Upon arrival, I and other customers were unable to locate manager. Regardless, manager was not needed to reserve, pay, or to move in.

The entire process was quick and easy and seamless. Was able to get moved in just fine

The customer service is A-1 Would definitely recommend this storage to everyone I know . Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very reasonable in cost . Clean and pretty peaceful
