I needed a storage unit, while I was moving from one town to the next. My new house was not ready for me to move into yet. I went online and looked through many storage places, Squarebox on Flat Rock road had what I was looking for and renting online was so easy and quick.

Moved into my unit 607 on 10-21-2025. Easy move that day.

The location is excellent, when I had a question through texting no one ever replied. But, I eventually had my issue resolved

Finding a large enough storage unit within my budget was surprisingly easy and quick. The Flat Rock location has a variety of options priced lower than most other places, and they typically have a '1st month free' deal. I feel safe being there at night and alone. It's lit up inside and out, and each unit comes with a private gate code so there's a digital record of who's all been there.

Website is a little misleading. 24hr access does not apply to storage units. Other than that it's a great facility with good pricing. I would just like 24hr access to my unit.

Sales and customer service team work with me to adjust my unit. space on move in with no issues.

Love the space everything easy

All good except could not put my lock on back of 10 x 20 unit because of two locks on it already. After I left town I got an email/text that I could remove one of the two locks with a combination. But when I return and put my lock on back of unit, what do I do with your removed combination lock?

The gate code made for easy access, and the surrounding area looks very safe. The concrete floor assures me that it should be free of varmints. I bought a disc lot from your vending machine for $15 but the shaft is too large for my hitch, and there was no way for me to exchange it.

It was a little tricky to back the RV into our spot. A huge fifth wheel was in the stahl next to us and there wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t enough room to get our truck and RV straight to back it in. My son is an excellent backer and since then, he backs the RV into its space in one try. Also, I completely forgot to pay my first month rent and they were understanding, but I had to pay a small late fee.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy using this facility despite it being further to my new home than other storage facilities. The pricing is a bit too high but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth not having to move everything in one day. $25 less would be ideal.

I got a storage unit in the climate controlled section at a reduced price and quickly found out why. These units are not climate controlled. I've been to the unit on multiple occasions where the outside temp has been in the 80's and 90's and not once has an AC unit been running and the inside temp of the unit is just as humid as the outside. I also called to notify the facility but it goes to a call center and nothing was fixed.

I definitely would recommend it to all my friends security consistently passes by makes you feel all right is always on the job dedicated person. It appears very clean and plenty of driving room for big trucks.

This is a perfect location for me. The ONLY thing I did not like is the fact that I picked this place was perfect for my budget BUT, 2 months later they raised the price on me. I felt it was misleading telling me the price only to go up 2 months later knowing it would cost me more to move again. I feel like that was intentional just to get me there and then raise the rent. As soon as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m able, I will be moving.

What a breath of fresh air! From beginning to move in, I had no problems. A fantastic team of customer service answered all my questions, which was a shock., pleasant surprise. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this company......KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Just moved in,so will have to wait to really evaluate.But so far the whole experience has been great. Facilities are modern and very clean. Very easy to navigate and acquire unit. So far so good. Pricing little steep but location is very nice.

The process was very. I used a Kiosk and when I had a question it was addressed immediately.

It was very clean and looks very secure. My only concern it was is no staff on site to help.

It is a nice and clean storage facility.

When this was Aaron‘s self storage I paid $110 a month for my unit. Seems like every two months I get an email saying rates have increased. Now I’m paying $154

Great place to leave your stuff.

Phone rep was very good and very nice. Place is very clean. Need a map that shows where units are. Have to drive around to figure it out.

Nice place. I like the kiosk. I think there should be a map to find the indoor storage rooms. I drove around twice looking for mine. But it's all good
