This is my second time renting a space at this location and both times have been quick and easy to process. I would recommend Spare Box to anyone I know!

Move in was easy and all of it done online. Met the maintenance gentlemen when I went to move in and he was very helpful and I appreciate that.

The facility is very well kept and my new storage unit was completely clean. Very easy process from renting to moving in!! Definitely five star rating.

Very pleased with my climate controlled facility

It was late at night when we drove into the storage,at first it was hard to find, I had no idea the property was so big! After locating the unit, everything was locked and the lock I had wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t made for that type of storage. We went in the morning and locked our storage with no problems. Hatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s off to customer service they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I even enjoyed the first month free!

It was definitely a good choice.

Prices were fantastic. Close to my house. Clean and convenient. So glad I found them for the situation.

It's just the begining. Just moved in. The customer service people have been real nice. The place is clean and AC really works well. Happy so far

I'm new to automated check-ins at self storage places so I was a little skeptical. I'm really glad that it was as easy as it is because I'm a senior and sometimes we don't catch on to technology as we would like to. I don't have a bad thing to say about the storage facility or the check in process.

Customer service listened to me and offered a unit that would fit my needs at a great price!

We have rented two spaces while moving. The location was great. It was easy to sign up. I had one clerical issue, but employees very quickly resolved that. Units were clean and easy to get in and out. Very good storage facility.

I am glad that there is enough room for my things.

Super easy to reserve a storage facility!!

Actually renting a unit was really easy and straightforward. However, I'm not overly impressed with the facilities. Only a few days after I moved some things in my unit, there was evidence of mice. Chewed a hole in one of my bags and pooped everywhere. The walls are open to other units, so blocking the gap between the concrete floor and the wall at the back wouldn't do much good. The building always seems to smell like exhaust fumes, probably from the AC. A friend of mine has a sparebox unit at a different location and hers provides wheelie carts so you can move your stuff from your car. This location doesn't, and I rented under the assumption all locations would have the same resources.

I was impressed by how this storage was run without a person in the office! I have never used a Kiosk to reserve, make payments, etc. The storage I rented was very clean and big which is what I needed.

super easy to sign up, i signed up the night before we moved in and got a call in the morning setting me up!

My only complaint is the lack of a facility map. It would be SO helpful to have some assistance in finding your unit when you check in!

Its a nice and clean space. Very convenient, right off the highway. Only thing is that I'm paying more on a small unit then I was on one a little bit bigger. Other than that its great.

You should have carts to move stuff into unit, is it a COVID situation

I was not used to not seeing anybody in the office, I had to use the KIOSK to rent a climate-controlled storage and it took me a while to get used to it. Thank you for allowing me to rent a storage to keep my things intact.

The process was super easy and you can do it all at the kiosk without talking to anyone ir waiting. The facility is well lit and super clean.

Was a hassle working tech system. But once i got someone on the like it was fine. Easy process.

The move in/rental process was not very clear since no one was actually at the facility when we were moving our rv there. My husband called and they said we just had a reservation, not a rental. However the person on the phone didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give any information about how to compete the rental. I called back and completed the rental (payment, etc). My husband had to call back to discuss the parking spot number and again they did not give the information we needed. I called back and was able to get the parking spot corrected. There should be an updated clear procedure for if there is not an employee AT the facility so that we know who to call and what to ask for.

The unit was 100% clean and move in ready!

I do wish there was a way to get a map of facility.

If there is a detractor it is that there are no live people. I did not realize this when I arrived at the storage with my UHUAL truck and movers in tow; after setting up my reservation over the phone a few days before. It took a flurry of phone calls and wasted time getting access to my unit and completing the reservation process. The first person I talked to admitted they had no idea how to help me with the kiosk. I got hung up on the 2nd time, and the 3rd time I got someone knowledgeable and helpful. We all know CS reps can be hit and miss no matter the company. Although, once inside it is very clean and well maintained with security cameras everywhere. If there was one thing I wished for when I found my unit it would have been that I could have driven inside the air conditioning and pulled the truck up directly in front of my unit as I have seen in other storage facilities. However, overall, I would give them 4-stars and I feel safe about having my things there.

Spare box was a rare find. The process was seemless from answering questions to locking the building. We needed climate control and didn't want to spend a fortune. The building we rented was perfect and the 50% off the first 3 months was and added bonus. I highly recommend.

The hassel free move in was great! The kiosk check in was great. My only issue is the door to get to my unit, the stopper was too high up and the door kept closing.

Is really clean and very good location

We moved in last week from Lampasas where we had a 5x10 climate controlled for the same price as this 10x10 climate controlled. Great value, cost effective and easy to get started. I would recommend this storage to anyone. Clean, neat, has cameras. Worth the money.

ON 11/2/21 five customers (including me) at this location were informed that our units had been broken into. Sparebox advertises the property as "secure" with "24 hour surveillance." Yet somehow thieves were able to breach the fence, get into the climate controlled building, cut our locks and steal thousands of dollars worth of our possessions. I pay for insurance on my unit and was told over the phone by a Sparebox employee in Arizona that I would recuperate the maximum amount of my policy. However, on 11/4/21 I was informed by the insurance company that my loss would NOT be covered. I have a low opinion of this company. They have lost my business.

Place is clean, spacious and easy to get to! Had my personal stuff stored and taken cared of sooo quick! The customer service over the phone was the best! Checked myself in and out of the facility very quickly. There is plenty of space to get around even if there are others moving in. Will definitely recommend anyone to check you out!! Thank you!!
