I feel im safe here, my property is safe. I move at night which isn't ideal but I feel ok in the facility. The gates are secure and its well lit at night... awesome ?

Facility was clean. Access worked smoothly.

Very quick registration online, moved in the same day within two hours. Clean and well lit facility. Would recommend.

Was able to get everything set up over the phone fairly quick and was moved in within the hour.

Generally a good experience. The unit seems fine, reservation was quick. The price changed a couple of times throughout the process. That was a little scary. But I ended up getting the price that was advertised - I think. Apparently there's a $29 security deposit? - Because my first payment was $29 extra. Still concerned a little. B

This place is overpriced. No personal custom service is available. They do not take checks.

Initial contact with Customer Service re my confusions about 2-3 units in April was helpful and cordial.

I think the only downside is the placement of my unit and how the driveways are all angled. It was scary driving a moving truck through. Customer service was great, friendly and knowledgeable.

The facility is kept very clean and I feel that my unit and my belongings are in a safe place.

Got 50% Rate for first 2 months (which helps a LOT!) Climate Controlled unit made it REALLY nice for the cold weather we've been getting here in Waco. I think we'll be getting a second unit next month (so much stuff to store...) Less than 3 blocks to the home we just bought and easy access made things really nice for our move.

This place is very clean and secure. The set up process is a little confusing but once I got that figured out everything else was super simple

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize that I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be talking to anyone in person. So it took me a minute to realize what to do. Then in the end I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move my stuff in because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize I needed my own lock, and the machine to purchase a lock didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll get a lock and move my stuff in. It was just a bit confusing overall. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s actually neat that it was all computerized check in though.
