Website doesn't match the quote given to me over the phone. I had to have a manager approve a price that still doesn't match the quote or the price on the website. This is definitely an issue and causes a lot of misunderstanding. When you call a company and receive a conformation number on price, it should be honored. Why I had to pay extra is not good business. I hope they can fix this way of taking reservations.

I was a little disappointed about there not being a weather strip on the door to keep dirt from blowing in. The unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t super clean. But the staff was very friendly and the price was good for the space I reserved.

Zion State Storage has units available in about any size you might desire. Their prices are slightly higher than others, but less than some. About what the market is currently at. It is very convenient and easy to do business.

In and out in a few minutes and had my unit ready to go. I used to have a container type storage, but the ventilation in there is not good and there was way too much humidity. I wanted to get back to a normal built storage and these look really nice and updated.

Additionally, I saw the new improvements they are putting in and I feel so safe coming to the facility, even at night. I would rate 6/5 stars if I could!
