Very clean doesn’t even look like a storage unit from the outside. The units are inside and have ac. The pricing is variable for the unit size i got it was definitely a good competitive rate! Thanks!

The storage is great and we appreciate the discount. However when we are told to bring a copy of our insurance to them within the next few days to get a refund for their insurance. We expect them to hold up their end of the deal. Instead we get a credit. We don’t even know if we will be there for another month. At least explain that you’ll be getting a refund back in the form of a credit. That was never mentioned. Other than that it’s okay so far.

Everyone was fantastic to work with,,. starting with my first call on line talking with Francisco(Fran) then speaking with Randy at Prime Storage.. once I got there they went beyond to help me get settled... right down to getting the combination lock to work. The small unit is perfect for for my needs at this time... and their give away program gave me just what I needed. Extremely happy... now I can get on with relocating and my car is not so full to travel. 5x5 unit was the. bomb

Customer service is poor but you get what you pay for. I think almost every storage unit has some maintenance, opening, and insurance fees. So if you’re storing more than 6 months you’ll definitely save. However for me I’m storing 3 months and really did not save a bunch. It did take me over an hour just to get my 5x10 unit. Also using spare foot was a bad idea. Had a bunch of issues using a third party.

This is a great location right off the freeway. I like that there is an access code both going in and out. One thing I didn't like is they don't prorate the month. So when we are ready to leave we have to be out the day we came in our we lose out on money. However they tell you this before you sign up so you do know what you are getting into!

Our experience with Randy and his wife was amazing. They were so helpful and kind that it made us happy that we chose to use them as our storage place. We almost felt like family after we left and look forward to going back to see them. I did a lot of price checking and comparing before I picked them. The storage unit was clean, well lit, and secure. And the fresh cookies and cold water was appreciated after a long day of packing. We feel safe leaving our items there. This is a really clean storage facility. Wonderful customer service, friendly and helpful. The front office nicely decorated andvery welcoming. They explain everything before sign. Prices very reasonable. I’ve been to lots of storage places, overpriced, not that clean and not great service. The elevator and carts were really wonderful and made move in very easy and quick.

Just moved in to this unit and love that it is inside and temperature controlled. Wish I would have known before I moved that renters insurance is required. It wasn’t stated online or told to me over the phone when I called about pricing. Friendly staff and well gated
