I rented online without seeing the actual pad I was renting. For the price I expected a level paved site. It is actually a sloped site on gravel. However, it is adequate for short term.

Staff are polite & professional, even finding me a discount I wasn't aware of. They responded to my questions by phone and email quickly. Info was accurate. Units and driveways are all very clean. Love the long access hours so I can come and go at my convenience. Appliance dolly in the indoor portion made moving furniture & boxes much easier.

Reserving a parking spot online for our camper trailer was simple. On our check in day at the Extra Space Storage facility we were helped by the professional and friendly staff in the office which is clean and efficient.. The location is safe, well lit, and has easy access. 5-Star experience for sure!

Price and cleanliness was great! Was a little crazy when we went to check in -- apparently the location we went to didn't have any staff that day, so this poor guy was sent from another location to cover for the business that day and he didn't know where they had a lot of their stuff, so check in took a little bit and we felt bad for him.
