GOT Storage - Layton

I originally was going to move in last month and was impressed with the follow up as well as honoring the promotion I found when I originally booked it. They were also offering a free moving truck the day I moved in as well, which is a huge value. (I had already rented a box truck from Home Depot, but it would have saved me $150. I love that this facility is 24hrs and drive up. I also appreciated that they include the lock (many places make you buy one they approve which just adds to the overall cost moving in. Josh was super friendly and helpful (even when he was super busy.) I am so glad I found this place!

A, good price in a good location.

I needed access at late hours and being able to drive up is a lot better than gaveling to walk down halls. The price is much better than What I was being somewhere else. It was really dirty and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still needing to go wipe down all of the black from the walls but with the convenience of it I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mind too much just time consuming.

I had reserved a storage unit that was too small, they had no problem with helping figure out the right size and switched everything for me .

This was quick and easy for a very busy week

I was really happy when I moved in and found out that free truck rentals were provided for move-in. Moving is always stressful and that helped take some of the stress off. Discounted rates for move-in are also nice from a facility that allows you to go month-to-month.

Katie was super helpful and professional. I called back a few days later will a Qurans was given incorrect information that caused some tough consequences on my move

Smooth process from reserving unit online to completing reservation on site. Unit was clean and I was able to move in right away.

The service was amazing very helpful, upfront about everything possible, very competitive on pricing very clean units I would highly recommend this storage unit to anybody.

Scheduled a "move-in" date online, got a friendly call from customer service to get it all set up. After our all, she sent me the lease to fill it out online. My only complaint is the lease document wasn't clean as an online format. I decided to just show up in person and fill it out there, and only too about 3-5 minutes to get all signed in and taken care of. Very quick, easy to move in, and very tidy.

The unit was dirty but it's fine and they have access hours 24 hrs a day!

I have experienced several different known names in storage rentals, and swore Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d never rent storage space again. Then I moved to Utah... this place has redeemed my faith! Excellent in every category. Going on my 5th month of rental and good as day one! Highly recommend

This was my first time getting a storage unit. I needed a storage unit so I went online and found this one with their amazing promotion of $1 for the first month. I made a reservation online. They called me immediately and confirmed the reservation. I went over that day, paid my dues and everything was ready to go for me. Friendly staff. Katie is amazing and knowledgeable!

I found this facility and it was really quick and easy to get a unit and it was way under my budget which made it even more awesome!

The woman who did the paperwork for me was so nice and got things done quickly for me since I was on a time crunch. Good prices, clean, and nice people.

Andre the manager was great he stayed late on a Saturday just to be able to check me in so we can move in that day to anyone that needs a storage location here in Layton Utah

Check in was easy and stress free. I love the accessibility and the super tall ceilings! All entrances and every unit is under 24 hour camera surveillance, so it is quite secure as well.

Very pleased, check in was easy and the space was clean and easy to access. I especially enjoy the round the clock access if needed to my unit.

overall everything has been a good experience

I'm new at renting storage and it seems pretty pricey to me, but that's probably how it is in general. The paperwork took awhile, partly because I had to wait for the person in front of me. They should have had 2 employees working in the morning. Otherwise, all went well.

Office personnel were great. Storage unit was clean.

I have moved a lot because of the military and this place by far has been the best experience I have had. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be recommending this place to others

I needed a storage unit because of my recent pcs move for the air force. Having my household goods shipped there was easy and I was offered help with someome,else being tjere if I couldn't! They went out of their way to take care of the customer more than just the sevice they provide.

The office people are really nice and the 24/7 access is on of the reason I went with them. The units here are good size and a fair price for being in Layton. The only problem I had was my unit wasn't completely cleaned and swept out when I rented it but it's not really a big deal.

When I signed the contract, I had to wait about 40 minutes for the one person working there. She was unapologetic about the wait. The first time I tried to use the access pin pad, it said "access suspended." I called and called Sunday and Monday with no call back. after two days of calling a young man picked up. He had to fix the code while I waited for about 30 minutes since he was helping someone with a truck rental. Today, I tied to enter to obtain some legal documents but again, access suspended. I called and talked to Allison, she said my payment had not been received. It was debitted from my account on 11-2-16 cleared my bank and was cashed. She was insistent they did not have it. She kept hiding behind and explaining "policy" explaining that she will get fired if she lets me in. I asked for the name and contact info for the person that will "fire" her. She said his name is Ray. Instead of providing Ray's contact info, she gave me someone else. Everything about this place is sad. Poorly managed, understaffed and ridiculous policies that ensure they can hold your stored items hostage with or without a just reason to do so.

Called and made a reservation for a unit went and looked at it a few days later and moved in. The staff was nice and made everything great

We are very pleased with the service and the facility. The free moving truck to the facility was the best part about it. Moving is hard enough; not having to worry about a rental truck on top of everything else made our move alot easier. The price is fair and comparable. We feel like so far, we chose a great place.

I rented a large storage unit for 6 months at Got Storage. Everything worked out great and my things stayed secure and there were no damages at all, from elements, pests or vandals. Upon needing another unit this past week, I knew where I wanted to go! "Got Storage". And to put the icing on the cake, they let me use the large moving van free of charge to move my things in.

I have rented units here many times and I've even recommended to my family to do the same. My parents have and several of my friends are currently customers. The service is great, the staff is friendly and warm. It's awesome all the way. Tell Taz says hi, if you use them. You'll be glad if you do.
