Perfect size unit for what we need to store. The woman that assisted me was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. The lock is easy to engage and disengage. We were able to unload our large U-Haul truck within 30 minutes!

Went to the facility and it was very nice and quick with the paperwork, however they sold our registration to somone else so we had to go through the facility and try to find one that was big enough for us to move our stuff into. We visited 2 other units before we came across one that was big enough for us. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us the bigger unit for the same price. It was annoying that registration was sold to someone else but im glad that it worked out.

AccuColor Digital Printing was happily located in Syracuse city hall for many years. In March 2020 with all the cancellation of events the income revenue dropped by 93% in one day. A decision was made not to quit but to move to on-line ordering and move some of the equipment home as a home business in West Point. What to do with the other two presses and all the store front fixtures not sold? Layton Crossing Storage! Very nice, modern, clean and well run storage. Maybe not the least expensive - but we had to have climate controlled units for the preservation of our excess presses. We have been patrons for over a year now. Love the place & the people!

I needed to find storage on a Saturday. The office was open until 5 and I was running a little behind. Riley stayed past 5, showed me the 2 options I wanted to see and never tried to rush me. When we were done, she stayed even longer to make sure I got thru the gate, could find my unit and my lock worked. Storage facilities are pretty much the same. Good customer service is hard to find and says a lot about a company. I never do reviews, good or bad, but I am so impressed! I most definitely would recommend Layton Crossing Storage! AWESOME customer service, great prices and a nice facility!

After Covid killed our print shop store front business in one day, we required a place to store two high-end digital printing presses and other store related furniture and materials. The presses require climate control. After a lengthy search investigating places that were largely unattended, tough to get into and some down-right scary, we found Layton Crossing Storage. The place is well kept with helpful staff. We were offered a discount for renting two spaces. They are super easy to work with.
