I know sizing is estimated but its only 23 1/2 feet long not the expected 25 so for that reason after im done I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone at all. I am requesting a discount or upgraded storage unit possible because that foot and a half mattered to me and I planned for it. I would like to request a 10x30 at the same cost and deal I am paying for

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a hard time finding a storage unit in the price that I wanted and Public Storage gave me exactly what I needed. They are nice and neat and clean and inside upon arriving to my new storage unit I received my keys and my brochure was able to get to my storage unit safely and was very satisfied with the storage space how clean it was And climate control was amazing. Also, very good job. I write them five stars.

I liked that I could reserve a unit an shop around, which I did. Then once I was ready to lock in a unit the online process was quick and easy.

I needed a storage unit for some small stuff cluttering up my apartment. I attempted a different storage place first, and they gave me the runaround and wanted all sorts of documents. I ended up canceling that reservation and going to public storage instead. The small unit I needed was reasonably priced, and the lady I dealt with in the office was awesome. I even had an issue with my pass code, and she got it fixed in no time. All around great experience.
