The unit wasn't swept out, but the customer service there was helpful in supplying the missing "welcome bag," and taking care of cleaning the unit. They have an excellent price, and the option of a secure, temperature-controlled unit like this at this location is ideal. Very pleased.

I got the 5x10, and when I measured it, it's 4x10. 20% less space ... like cmon. Do I get 20% off? $8.20 off a month would be nice, because I would have definitely fit everything I brought with me if it were the correct size.
