It was a good experience from start to finish, the move was smooth and didn't see any room for improvement. Gary was off on Saturday, but the girl working had the padlock off the unit and we were able just to get to work loading in our furniture.

I was in need of an outdoor space to store my large truck camper. The 11 x 20 space was just large enough. The space is between 2 older, not running cars. The back lot where it is has lots of old junker cars stored. But it seems secure, the location was okay for me.

The customer service was great and highly informative I like that there is someone living on site in case there's ever trouble with getting into my unit I especially appreciate it the second month free perk!

I was in a pinch to find storage for my personal vehicle and they managed to fit me in same-day. The price was much lower than other storage facilities and the spot was satisfactory. The woman working the front desk was outstanding and so patient with me and my kids, I would definitely return for additional storage should the need arise!

On thing to watch is for when the rent goes up, which is in April. They will notify you in advanced. But just be aware that a rate could change. I'm a new customer and have not had the rent raised. But I appreciated being informed in advanced that adjustments are made on units.

Quick and easy registration, Pleasant staff, clean facility

Helpful staff, the storage unit is clean and has high ceilings. The gate code is a bit cumbersome, but not bad. Drawback is lack of lighting and it gets dark by 6 this time of the year (Feb).

We needed RV parking and most storage locations were filled up. Sparefoot found the nearest storage and set up the reservation. Although it was a little further from home, the service was outstanding. The storage facility actually called me to verify the reservation and confirm the size we needed. When I had to call back, someone actually answered the phone-- more than I got at most of the other facilities. Very helpful personal service!

I researched storage facilities online and am very happy I chose this one. The price is right, the facility is well-secured, clean, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The young lady in the front office was extreamly pleasant and out going. She explained the layout and proper sequence of entry and exit procedures. She also explain what was not allowed materials for storage on property The payment arrangements were explained giving me option of direct payment each month.
