At last moment I needed a smaller storage unit at an affordable rate. I made an online reservation, I just didnt have the time to make it to go in to get the rental paperwork done the next day. I called Stor-N-Lock and let them know I would be in before close, I got there at 10 minutes til they closed, I felt so bad to make Shenia late to end her shift! I appreciate all her help and look forward to renting with them again!

My unit was $86 in 2021 and now going up to $129 in February 2024 for the same unit. If you think these units are cheap you are not looking very hard. Another downside is that the trains are right next to the units and your belongings will soon be covered in a sandy grit.

Okay overall. Frustrating process this all is.

After being evicted from my previous storage place I was in dire need of a new storage place. With it being the weekend my search was long and unfruitful. I turn to the internet and this facility was open and had a vacancy available and the right size that I required. The lady at the desk was very helpful and polite. She waisted no time in helping !e with paper work. And before I knew it I had a unit. Thanks again for your help. Oh I might also add that I showed up 10minutes before closing.

When moving in I noticed some water dripping into my unit, I'm fairly certain it was just condensation

When I made my reservation and arrived at the facility, I was told that there was not one available. I was not instructed by the customer service rep that I had to state that I had a reservation. It caused a little bit of confusion. Also, no refund at all for unused time and cleaning out shed when I no longer needed. I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. I think their customer service and satisfaction could have been improved.

I reserved a unit online, and within about 30 minutes they actually called me to see if there was anything they could help with. I scheduled a time to go in and they were quick and organized. I got home and realized I would probably need a bigger unit, and called them to see if I could change. They upgraded me right over the phone and were not at all put out by my quick need to change. They had all my info changed and even tested my new Pass Code so it would be working when I came in next. Thanks for everything!

I made an online reservation but did not read the fine print that required me to make an appointment. I was desperate because I wanted to store some items until we moved into our permenant residence and I was able to do so at the Stor-n-Lock on Riverdale Rd. I was in and our in time to pick my granddaughter up from school. It worked out just great.

Buck was really helpful and friendly and awesome customer service.
