In all the storages I've used, this is the best by far. I will return even after I end this time that I'm using storage. If I ever need to use storage again I will return to them

Customer service was great from the point of making the reservation online to when I moved in. The facility is great. The supplied cart was a life saver for the climate controlled facility. I am satisfied the price is a value for whatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s offered and would recommend them.

Bianca has been great to work with. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s has great communication skills and is very, very helpful in getting taken care of. I had an issue with when I first inquired about the facility with someone at their call center and I was ready to pay more elsewhere. But after speaking with Bianca, and explaining to her, what had happened, she took care of me and showed that she actually cared for the type of service I had received from the other person. I would definitely recommend working with Bianca. She has a great personality, great attitude and just outstanding customer service. Tara is another person I would recommend to speak to Bianca went above and beyond to make sure that I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any type of issues going forward, and I am very grateful for the help that you gave me thumbs up for Bianca.

Terra and Bianca were great to work with. They care about a persons situation and did all they could to help me. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really hard to find people with their type of customer service. I found a place with a better price but because of how professional and friendly environment theyshowed me I chose to rent with their facility. I recommend their facility to anyone thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s looking for storage rental.

If you need a storage unit,I would highly recommend SpareFoot! I like the fact that they had multiple sizes of units/ climate units! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d say that the price is fair, and if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re having a hard time picking your storage,SpareFoot got you covered!

This process was much faster than I had anticipated, Bianca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she explained things very well. This storage definitely has my business and I will be passing on this business to friends and family.

The manager bent over backward to get me the unit I wanted. She even cleaned out storage so I could move in the same day.

The gentleman that helped me get a unit was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. He made the process much easier on me than I anticipated. I was extremely stressed and a bit upset about needing to rent a unit, but he made me feel comfortable and un-rushed and he even gave me a discount for my first three months. The process couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have gone smoother.

No emergency contact system to get to a manager if office is closed. This needs to be changed. Also more info and details need to be provided online for where storage unit is located and that you will not be able to get in to the unit until office open and manager unlocks the unit!

All of the employees were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring! The storage unit is very clean, well lighted, and convenient to the freeway.

I really like Storage Star, I now have 2 storage units at their location and I trust that my belongings will be safe. The employee's are very knowledgeable and friendly and the company makes it easy to pay your monthly payment with several payment options. Not happy at all with this place the person at the front desk made my experience with this company not good at all to many hidden fees and paying for lock to lock up my stuff!!!!

The office staff was very helpful, I was given my choice of units in the size I was looking for, Mike even went over to the building to show them to me so I could make up my mind if I wanted a unit on the first or second floor. This storage unit has an elevator if your unit is on the second floor, I HIGHLY recommend Storage Star in Roy.
