The facility was very clean which I appreciated. After doing all the original process on the phone I needed to finish up at the location. Dustin was the person at the desk and he was amazing. Very professional and helped me alot. I'm older and am totally technically challenged so it was great to have someone take their time with me and helped out finishing the final process.

Loved that I was able to book my space online, and didn't even need to go in to the office-they gave me my code immediately! I also love the app and how I can just use it to operate the gate.

Had no idea how to get in my unit. And the office people must have left early because there was no one there to help. If no one will be in the office, you need to update your hours online and on your front door.

Great pricing, and booking online made it very simple to get the unit and move in with no hassle. I did, however, have some issues with contacting the office. I called and left messages with no response.

Needed a storage unit for keeping stuff somewhere for my business. Public Storage in Orem was the perfect option for me. Great customer service (Lindsay was very kind and helpful) and easy process. Would definitely recommend to anyone living close by and needing storage space.
