Storage on Geneva

I needed a rental and they were not only very courteous to me but was helpful in getting information on the unit but also how much i would need to pay for a storage unit.

This place is great with good access and you can get to your unit from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. The people are friendly and make it great!

Checking in was super easy and the staff member that helped me was very friendly. The unit was very clean and the lot is well maintained as well. Very happy with my experience so far!

I needed a place indoors to store some stuff while I am moving and Storage on Geneva has been great. When my move date coincided with the one day they were closed due to repaving Amanda loaned me some blankets for free. I was completely willing to pay for the blankets but I really appreciated the gesture. Storage on Geneva is still brand new with plenty of indoor units that are reasonably priced. My mother is even thinking of getting a place near my unit so she can get stuff out of her basement while she renovates.

I loved my first experience there. This is my first time renting a storage unit and it was great. They covered all the bases with me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. I'm not going to have any surprises.

Move-in was a painless experience. I was able to upgrade from a different storage facility to this newer, more convenient location and save about 1/3 of my monthly storage costs in the process. The manager was very polite, helpful, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know.

We looked at several places to store our stuff and this place definitely had the lowest fees and rates that we could find. Amanda was so sweet. She knew my kids were waiting in the car and was so quick with paperwork and explaining any things I needed to know. We are so glad we picked this place!

Amanda helped up get all our paperwork together for our storage unit and it went super quick. She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. The storage unit was clean when we moved in.

I reviewed all the local storage units in the area and compared prices. Storage at Geneva was the cheapest. I didn't have high expectations because usually the cheapest isn't the best, but I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was very helpful. I didn't have any problem getting into my unit. It's impeccably clean. Quiet. Seems very safe. I'm satisfied with the experience so far!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with moving in to the storage unit. The unit was extremely clean and they supplied dollies for easy move in.

Amanda helped me reserve my unit and was very helpful. She gave me her phone number in case I had any problems. The unit was bigger than I expected and I was very happy with the size I got for the price I paid!

The place is very clean and my unit had no issues. You do have to use one of their locks they provide but other than that it all seems great so far.
