Staff was super nice and helpful, I am interested to see how often the rent goes up because my experience in the last two agencies I have used, they increased the rent frequently so I hope these guys don’t.

Josè did a good job at customer service, but the facility is a different thing.

my unit has a perfect amount of space for my needs but theres rat poop in the corners . other than that its great and dan is awesome.

We recently moved our storables into Timp Storage, and the whole process worked smoothly. The facility is clean and easy to access, as well as good security on the premises. Our storage “neighbors” are pleasant, and the on-site manager was very accessible and responsive. The price is also very good, and we are so relieved to have chosen this place. 5-Stars

John was quick to help us on the day of our move-in. He informed us that some of the units are brand new. The facility is in a great location, right off the highway, and is well protected.

First time went to put my stuff in storage there was somebody else's stuff in there but was quickly moved out. Very nice staff and clean grounds.

The staff is great at following up with you before you move in. The units are so clean and nice. The prices are reasonable and the facility is great at making accommodations as well.

Quick sign-up and paper work. Clerk was super helpful. Got an outdoor access 10x10. You do have to bring or buy your own special lock (they sell them, so you get the right thing).

We are very happy with this place. We showed up with a van full of stuff and were able to immediately get the unit we wanted and move our stuff.

I had to find somewhere to store items that day. This was an easy way to find someone last minute, compare prices, and reserve a unit. Great idea!

The young lady at the front desk was very nice, friendly. She showed me three different sized units so I could choose the best one that would fit my needs.

We're having a great experience!

The unit was a little dusty, but I got one of the smaller units and it's temperature controlled which I love! The service that I received was great. So far so good. They also sell uhaul blankets to cover furniture for a steal and that helped a ton.

There are a variety of units to choose from and all are very tidy and well-kept. The management lives on-site and was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was competitive with other nearby options. Would highly recommend!

When I called I had no idea I was going to be speaking to someone in another country so that caught me off guard. The guy on the phone said I'd get the first month free, that didn't happen. But the property manager was nice and helpful.

Since this place is right by the freeway there are many ways you can get there. Chase was very helpful in getting me moved in.

I would recommend renting at Timp storage. You can get in everyday of the week. The managers are great as well.

We have liked the process so far. The 10x10 seemed visually smaller than I thought it would. But it has stored our stuff for the most part. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The sparefoot folks didn't mention or know that this unit has a uhual that we can use. They were kind in the process and said they would honor that usage on our move out of the unit.

I'm really impressed with the facility here. It's easily accessible and there's lots of room. They are very accommodating and fairly helpful too.

Great service. First month free right now which is a plus. Need to buy a specific kind of lock which is $10. Has temperature controlled. Feels very safe.

I shopped around for a deal and found one at Timp Storage. It is a perfect location for my needs. The gal at front desk was very nice. And because it is a brand new building and business, they are running some great specials. My friend sign up today and I get $50 back for my referral...And my first month is free. Can't beat that.

Chase and Marissa took good care of our needs as we realized we needed more room on our latest move. We had an urgent need to store some things that wouldn't fit into our rental truck.

They were so kind and nice when checking me in! And helped me to see how easy it was to get in and out of my storage unit!

The facilities are new, and the staff is awesome! Prices are higher but the first month free especial helped on a short term contract.
