Everyone was nice. The place is super clean they are very flexible. The price ended up being 300 more a year than the 70 mth advertised. But they did apply the 50% discount for three months and gave me a veteranﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s discount. All in all Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend the place

The staff at Protection Self Storage Provo have been very friendly. Getting a unit and moving into it was pretty simple. I was surprised to see so many charges on my first receipt, however. There's an administration fee ($25), taxes ($10), and a property protection plan ($15). Only the first charge was explained when we signed up, and I do not understand why other storage units we've used in the past can operate without a separate line item for taxes or property protection but Protection Self Storage cannot.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He got me set up with the right size for my needs and in a temperature controlled unit. They also had a great introductory deal, that was extra helpful because money is tight due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend this place based on their service, cleanliness and value.
