I felt very comfortable placing my belongings at this storage facility.i highly recommended.

They were very friendly and very helpful to get me what I needed.

I made a reservation and was able to rent my unit the same day. They were really helpful and nice.

Sione was extremely helpful! Our movers were from out of state so we had to move in on a Sunday. Sione was very accommodating in every way. We really appreciated his help in making it work on a Sunday!

I reserved my storage unit online, and was immediately called back. I had the unit rented within the day and moved in the next. Very quick response and very friendly and helpful while filling out the paperwork. The location was an easy access.

The facilities are clean and priced fairly.

Great for the price. Various options on sizes so are able to choose which works best for you. Can get access for after hours!

The process was not painful. The place is not all that new. It looks as though it was built 15 years ago. The customer service was great! The prices were perfect for us and cheaper than other places.

The only complaint I have is that I called a Provo number and ended up talking to someone whose English was broken and difficult to understand. I had to request that the manager of the facility call me. If I didn't already have a unit there and only needed this one temporarily, you would have lost my business.

Courteous, professional staff. Secure facility. Nothing to write home about in terms of aesthetics, but that is not what I am after.

They have terrible customer service. They close their gates at 6pm which is a lot earlier than other storage units. If you reserve a unit online, it doesn't necessarily mean that you have reserved a spot because, "the online program that we use doesn't organize our units very well, and so there might not be any available even if you have confirmed a spot." Employees are not helpful. Just drive down the block to Bear storage or even trolley trax storage.
