I love the unit and the location. The customer service was, quite frankly, horrendous! I had to frantically call and call and call cause I was never given the access code. I had people coming to help me move my stuff in and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how to enter the facility. Nobody ever answers the phone you have to leave a message and they never call back. They never gave me the lock I needed till the next day so my stuff was unlocked all night. The experience was awful and could have been much better with someone doing their job correctly..
