The process was easy and the staff person was really helpful in getting signed up. The facility was clean and I appreciate the fact that the rental amount will be free from constant price increases. Small suggestion - maybe set a lunch hour on your schedule. I waited about 20 minutes for a staff person to return the day before I paid and moved in. Not a big deal except for the heat.

Secure and reasonably priced for the area. Have same rental space for our other truck in outside area of Cedar City for $50. So $61 is a good price for up here

I have had a storage unit there for so many years probably the worst one and smallest and I'm paying as much as you charge for the largest. I deserve a price break

Wonderful space for just the amount of things I need to store

Well my unit when I went to move in was not secure....someone had punched the wall out between another unit and there was stuff in my unit that wasn't mine. I just told the office and she was very nice and got me situated quickly in another unit more secure and the same size....but my monthly went up 20 bucks.... we'll see how that plays out

So far itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been a great experience. Got a space reserved online which was really fast and easy. It was very last minute that we needed it but they got us set up and ready and we were able to get things moved in within a few hours or reserving it. Customer service has been amazing so far. Highly recommend.

I needed a Storage unit moving is already stressful so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s packing. I made this part of my relocation process feel extremely satisfied.

Overall experience was great, there was great customer service it was easy to enter the storage unit area. It would be nice though if we had the option when we are paying online that we dont have to pay for the combination pad lock if we have our own to put on it . its expensive its almost $20.00 for the lock. Overall though the storage unit was clean, i had a brand new light bulb though an had put it in and it wasnt working , im sure when i contact the office it will be an easy fix. The space was very roomy and i had gotten the smallest one . Thanks , Carl Hardy .

I found it very simple to reserve my storage space and move in. Dominick was very helpful as I reserved the unit a couple of weeks in advance. He was great communicating during the period leading up to the day of rental and has been very helpful answering all of my questions.

Andy was pleasant and helpful! At the end of the day we discovered our storage needs werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t as expected and he was willing to assist me! Would highly recommend them. The staff is extremely kind, respectful and customer satisfaction oriented!

Looked all over Salt Lake for a storage unit that wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t break the bank. Perfect, safe location, great price and Andy was easy to work with.

Was clearing my garage for doing some maintenance on the floor, they got in contact as soon as I had finished the reservation! There was a little trouble with the previous tenant that had stuff in my room, but they cleared it up same day and I was able to start moving my stuff in right then. A little on the pricey side but for what they did I think it's worth it.

The rent for a unit is a little higher than those storage facilities in the area, but overall the facility is very clean and the people are friendly and easy to deal with.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The location in Murray is better than most, it sits back off the road enough to allow plenty of room to enter and exit your storage. Which I never expected to appreciate so much or that to be a key selling point, but when your in the stressful process of moving its relieving to get there and have space enough to park and unload. The use of their large moving truck free of charge was the cherry on top! Very satisfied!

The employees were fantastic and diligent. Facility for being older has had almost everything done that could reasonably be done to make it feel and look new. My complaint, there is no power available whatsoever. I just got there and will probably move to another facility just for that reason and I have a 10 x 20 unit that is jammed full. Wont be fun, wont be easy and wont be cheap but I go to my units alot and I need to be able to see what I am doing, be able to charge me phone while Im there etc. Yes, its that important to me to have in a storage unit.

I was disappointed that the staff didn't contact me to let me know the Truck was available for half the day both days I needed to use it, even though I was told they would. The gate wasn't closed all of the way when I moved in which is a huge concern for me. I know someone lives on the property but there is a lot of people going in and out of the gate and it doesn't close securely. The other gate is left open during business hours, so someone could sneak in with the gate ajar.

I write for a living and even I find it hard to put into words the experience I have had with your cubesmart facility in Murray UTAH. The level of experience and expertise the workers there demonstrated was, for me, like no other I had ever experienced in my life. And I am 56 years young. I can't remember their names because I was so caught up in the moment...but they deserve all the kudos anyone would ever deserve. I don't do compliments often. There is so much out there these days that is subpar and, to be honest, quite horrible. Not so here at your Murray facility. These employees should be given all the credit in the world. We're renting a month to month basis because we are moving from out of state. They had very competitive prices, fast and friendly service and a great location. Storage unit was clean and easy to find. Wide spaces available for easy movement of large vehicles and trailers. They also have great features like: free Wifi, free coffee, packaging tables, USP package acceptance and delivery. Very convenient for small businesses.

Cube Smart is very easy to work with. I did most everything over the phone a week before I moved my stuff in. They were very polite and accommodating. When I arrived to move my belongings into storage, they allowed my crew to continue in to start the unloading process while I did paperwork. Very efficient and easy. The location is a plus, being so close to I-15 access.

Wow! I didn't expect a self-storage place to get customer service. I was asked about what I needed and expected from them. They then talked about how they could adjust to give me what I needed. The place is clean, has on-site manager, cameras, gate and plenty of room to get trucks in and out. The staff wants to know your needs and matches them to get the best experience for you. In fact, you can sign some paperwork, leave a key and they will accept deliveries and put them in your unit. They aren't the cheapest - but I would bet they are one of the best and best value - if not the best. Totally worth it! The security gate/cameras/watchfulness of the staff is excellent, but felt that the descriptor of "extremely secure" felt like an army base, which this is not.

This is the first time I've rented a storage unit. I was quite impressed with the entire facility all the way from the unit itself, price, security and customer care. I will be a continued customer until further notice :)

This location and price worked for us, but there are different prices at different locations. I'd tell a friend to look into this facility only if it's the location they want.

Very helpful, professional site mangers. Facility is very clean, secure and I feel very comfortable storing my stuff here. Eons better than the last storage place I had.
