I do wish that the enclosed spaces were advertised to show that the door height is only 8 feet rather than stating that the ceilings are 10 feet. The 10 foot ceiling does not help if your vehicle is over 8 feet. So we opted for a covered space and are optimistic that all will be fine with that.

We booked a tentative reservation from AZ, but were unsure just how it would work. To our surprise, we received two or three phone calls from management before we arrived. We knew we would be arriving after normal working hours, but Kelly was there to meet us and give us a tour of the facility. It is in a good, easily accessible location, bordered on two sides by new, upscale apartments.

We would like to thank Angie for everything she does. This lady is so amazing and really gives it her all. she is so exceptional at her job. It seems like she is always there to help if there is a problem or if we have a question. We see her showing someone a unit in the lot, she is always happy to see everyone. The entire staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

I was a little intimidated by getting my first storage unit but the process was fairly painless, with a month to month contract and plenty of units available it was pretty stress free for me as my move was on fairly short notice.

They had my paperwork in their system, they got me the unit at the agreed upon price with no issue. Even helped setup my lock and drove me personally to the unit to check it out and explained how to gain access 24/7.

Upon renting this unit I was told it was $100 a month I went to my unit was there for an hour and 15 minutes tried getting out at the gate and my check it said I owed $10 I later learned if I'm past 45 minutes they charged me $10 and up for every additional hour they would not let me out without pain I went around the gate because I had no choice I was late for work and they evicted me from the premises I have 10 days to move
