Needed a storage unit now , had damage to a recent water flood , it was winter, Diamond storage not only had a great move in price but the facility was easily accessible on line with no hitches, was assigned a unit within a few minutes , started moving in immediately. I do wish that the enclosed spaces were advertised to show that the door height is only 8 feet rather than stating that the ceilings are 10 feet. The 10 foot ceiling does not help if your vehicle is over 8 feet. So we opted for a covered space and are optimistic that all will be fine with that.

We booked a tentative reservation from AZ, but were unsure just how it would work. To our surprise, we received two or three phone calls from management before we arrived. We knew we would be arriving after normal working hours, but Kelly was there to meet us and give us a tour of the facility. It is in a good, easily accessible location, bordered on two sides by new, upscale apartments.

Never had a better experience getting a storage! Everything seems great so far! Even for a way better price than I thought!

When calling for info on availability, I was totally impressed that I had the option to do it person to person in the office or electronically. If I had done it electronically, I would have been at the wrong lovat

Cal took care of our Agency needs even though he was away on a family emergency. Really went above and beyond!

Easy access and conveniently located

Easy move in process after hours. Storage unit was clean and in excellent shape.

We had some trouble entering the gate on our 3rd trip and weren't able to get in.

We would like to thank Angie for everything she does. This lady is so amazing and really gives it her all. she is so exceptional at her job. It seems like she is always there to help if there is a problem or if we have a question. We see her showing someone a unit in the lot, she is always happy to see everyone. The entire staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

I was a little intimidated by getting my first storage unit but the process was fairly painless, with a month to month contract and plenty of units available it was pretty stress free for me as my move was on fairly short notice.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been with Diamond for 1.5 years now and have no complaints. Diamondﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s reputation for service is well earned. From the free car wash (awesome!) shuttle service to office personnel, everyone is always polite and professional. I would like to thank Angie for everything she does. This lady is so sweet and really gives it her all every day. These guys really care about their renters and it shows.

It could be easier to get registered. Forms should be placed on a web site so you can get to them easily and fill them out.

They had my paperwork in their system, they got me the unit at the agreed upon price with no issue. Even helped setup my lock and drove me personally to the unit to check it out and explained how to gain access 24/7.

This Storage facility is bY far the best experiance I've had at a Storage facility. I have rented Several Storage units the past 15 years. And Never once had such an awesome move in. The move in deal I recieved was so great I'll have extra spending money this summer. thanks Diamond.

Great service friendly staff very helpful

They went out of their way to get me the unit that worked best, and then spent extra time helping me to access and use their online payment system.

Upon renting this unit I was told it was $100 a month I went to my unit was there for an hour and 15 minutes tried getting out at the gate and my check it said I owed $10 I later learned if I'm past 45 minutes they charged me $10 and up for every additional hour they would not let me out without pain I went around the gate because I had no choice I was late for work and they evicted me from the premises I have 10 days to move

Needed a place to store a 40ft RV, provided fantastic service and made the whole process really easy.

Code box wasn't working at first but they were very helpful and accommodating when I needed a bigger unit!

They took me around and showed me the different units and recommended what they thought would work best. When I had an issue with my lock and was out of town they were able to resolve it for me.
