Public Storage - Salt Lake City - 1545 E 3900 South Street

From processing my rental, to the day I went to use the storage unit. Lisa at the site was helpful and friendly and even assisted us all the way.

Over the course of my almost 70 years, I have rented a number of storage units in the Salt Lake Valley. This one is the best. Large storage space for a reasonable price, including insurance. Easy to access, well-lit, clean. Office manager is very conscientious about seeing who enters the facility (seems to know everyone by sight). Friendly, professional, knows the workings of the facility inside and out. Lends a feeling of security and safety. A all the way.

I was extremely resistant on renting any longer from this company due to my experience in the West Jordan site. But due to the Staffing / manager of the new site they changed my mind. She was extremely helpful well understanding and willing to help me as much as possible and overcome what I already dealt with with a previous company of this issue thanks to her you have a customer

The only thing I would change is to add an elevator for people to ride. I have a hard time with stairs. I had to rely on others to do more for me because people arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t allowed on the freight elevator.

It was very easy to set up my storage space online for a reasonable price. I was expecting delays and complications when moving my belongings into my storage space but it was very easy and took no time at all. However, the storage facility was somewhat hard to navigate and there was some dirt on the floor of my locker.

Cleaner, brighter, and in better repair than the storage facility I am moving from. These doors open and close smoothly, shut completely, and have no holes in the walls between units like the last place did. I was concerned about the upper-level access but the elevator is a huge convenience and eased my concerns.

The office was very professional and extremely helpful. The storage area is clean with excellent access. I highly recommend Public Storage, especially the Millcreek, UT location. They are Excellent!!!

Very good however many lights burt out in interior of building. Cant see in the Unit.

I was very impressed with the courteous friendly approach of the site manager. SHE answered all questions offered solutions very upfront . I would do anything to keep her as an employee being a company owner myself yoj couldnt ask for more from an employee.

I wish there was lighting inside the storage units. The employee who signed me up was awesome, she gave me a quick and easy tour. Everything else was great, just minus one star due to lack of lights inside the unit, kind of hard storing stuff in dim lighting.

So far, so good. Easy to move in and nice location.

It is a standard storage facility. they had 2 buildings to store for smaller units that were both on the 2nd floor. the firs building had wooden doors that were the same size as a house entrance which is awkward to bring house items through. Lots of trash was found throughout this building. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The 2nd building had roll up doors that were easier to go in with furniture. This felt more secure and clean rather than the trashier building. the elevators to the 2nd floor of both buildings are a little short in height which I thought was short of thought being furniture and large items are normally kept in storage units. Also before each elevator there is a 3 inch curb that you have to go over before entering the elevator. I can see how this would be helpful with rain etc. however a small ramp easily made with a small amount of concrete would be very helpful so that when you are using different types of carts you do not have to unload, reload, unload and reload when using a 2nd floor unit can be a task on its own.

Very good experience..have used this facility before. Helpful 800 phone staff..immediate follow up by property manager. Fair pricing. Excellent onsite personnel. Booked an upper unit..freight elevator too small & isnt appropriate for people..so it slows to move time...otherwise very good experience.

Kevin, the site manager, took me through all the steps necessary to get a storage unit. I didn't have to worry about anything!
